Terms

Sondeas Memoirs is provided by Wesolvers LTD as part of Sondeas. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your story is yours

You own everything you tell and every chapter written from it. We only use it to provide the service to you: interviewing, keeping your notes and drafting your chapters.

Payment

The free preview lets you try the service. Unlocking a memoir is a one-time payment for that memoir, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment by writing to [email protected].

AI-assisted writing

Questions and drafts are produced with AI models and are based only on what you tell us. Please review every chapter before sharing it, especially names, dates and anything about living people.

Fair use

Do not use the service to write about others in ways that are unlawful, harassing or that disclose their private information without a good reason.

Closing your account

You can delete a memoir or your whole account at any time from your account page. Deletion is permanent.
