Privacy
Your memoir is private by default. Only you, signed in to your account, can open it.
- What you write or say is stored so the interviewer can remember it and draft your chapters.
- Voice recordings are turned into text and are not kept as audio. While you speak, browsers that offer live dictation (such as Chrome or Safari) may also process your voice with their own speech service to show the words as you talk.
- Text is processed by an AI model through the Sondeas gateway to ask questions, keep your notes and draft chapters. It is not used to advertise to you.
- Your account holds your name and email. Sign-in links are sent to that email; there are no passwords.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep a record of what was paid and when.
- A share link shows only drafted chapters, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Deleting a memoir removes its conversation, notes and chapters permanently. Deleting your account removes everything.
